What we collect
Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you send us. We also record the page the enquiry was sent from. We do not collect special categories of data.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry about the development, send you the documentation you request (floor plans, specification, payment schedule) and maintain the commercial contact arising from that request. We do not pass your data to third parties for advertising purposes and we do not carry out profiling.
Legal basis
The consent you give by ticking the box on the form (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
For as long as commercial interest lasts and for a maximum of two years from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we are legally required to retain it.
Who else has access
Data is stored on the servers of our hosting provider, Hostinger International Ltd. (European Union), acting as data processor. Notification of new enquiries is sent to an email account provided by Google Ireland Ltd. No other transfers take place.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to miradorsantanyi@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of your identity document. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access.
